Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous General Manager experience
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings every day of the week
- Ability to plan and achieve restaurant goals
- Capability to lead and develop a team of Department Managers
- Flexibility to adjust schedule weekly according to business and staffing needs
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants strongly preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve measurable goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum age of 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Adapt work availability to cover mornings, afternoons, or evenings any day of the week
- Manage scheduling changes based on business flow and staffing needs
- Foster a positive work environment focused on customer satisfaction and team growth
