Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or equivalent education
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 47 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new business systems and tools
- Ability to manage physical demands such as bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to upholding company policies and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to foster a positive and motivating team environment
- Demonstrated financial management acumen
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or combined experience and education
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools as introduced
- ServSafe certification or ability to receive within 90 days preferred
- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training preferred
- Keen aptitude for store systems including Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including scheduling and bench planning
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and coaching
- Execute and complete role-based training programs and onboarding initiatives
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team development
- Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
- Lead by example to inspire team and deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Facilitate timely resolution of employee and customer relations issues
- Drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction, speed of service, and loyalty
- Take ownership and lead store performance focusing on sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Manage supply chain and asset management to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock levels
- Utilize financial knowledge to manage budgets and analyze trends for sales and expenses
- Create energy and enthusiasm to meet and exceed sales goals
- Support operational excellence to enhance business performance
- Manage inventory and waste to minimize loss
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
