Job Requirements
- Prior experience in retail or food service management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of coffee and tea products or willingness to become an expert
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform job-related duties such as lifting, standing, and reaching
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail management or customer service preferred
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for coffee and tea and willingness to learn about products
- Ability to manage sales and operational tasks effectively
- Creative mindset for merchandising and guest engagement
Job Duties
- Lead by example and drive sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Serve as a coffee and tea expert, sharing passion and knowledge with the team and guests
- Generate new guests by creating memorable in-store experiences
- Ensure a safe store environment to promote health and safety of employees and guests
- Assist the General Manager in managing store profitability by tracking sales and overseeing daily operations
- Utilize creativity in visual merchandising and product placement to enhance guest experiences
- Build store presence by connecting with the local community to attract and retain fresh talent
