Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail or food service management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of coffee and tea products or willingness to become an expert
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform job-related duties such as lifting, standing, and reaching
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail management or customer service preferred
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for coffee and tea and willingness to learn about products
  • Ability to manage sales and operational tasks effectively
  • Creative mindset for merchandising and guest engagement

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and drive sales and service performance through coaching and training
  • Serve as a coffee and tea expert, sharing passion and knowledge with the team and guests
  • Generate new guests by creating memorable in-store experiences
  • Ensure a safe store environment to promote health and safety of employees and guests
  • Assist the General Manager in managing store profitability by tracking sales and overseeing daily operations
  • Utilize creativity in visual merchandising and product placement to enhance guest experiences
  • Build store presence by connecting with the local community to attract and retain fresh talent
