Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum five years of hotel leadership experience including general manager experience
  • demonstrated expertise in managing food and beverage operations
  • ability to design and implement entertainment programming
  • strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • superb leadership and communication abilities
  • hands-on leadership style geared towards guest satisfaction
  • knowledge of local Nashville market and hospitality industry preferred

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • five or more years of hotel leadership experience including general manager roles in lifestyle or boutique properties
  • proven expertise in food and beverage operations with a track record of driving revenue and excellence
  • experience in creating and executing entertainment and guest programming aligned with lifestyle hotels
  • strong financial acumen and data-driven decision making
  • excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • guest-first, hands-on leadership approach
  • deep understanding of the Nashville market and local hospitality scene is a plus

Job Duties

  • oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage, entertainment programming, rooms, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
  • lead development and execution of revenue-driving strategies focusing on maximizing food and beverage outlets and rooftop activations
  • create and execute signature entertainment programming to enhance guest experience and brand alignment
  • maintain an elevated guest experience through personalized service and unique lifestyle touches
  • cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among department leaders and associates
  • build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, corporate support teams, and local community partners
  • stay ahead of lifestyle trends and local market dynamics for competitive positioning
  • monitor and manage budgets, forecast performance, and implement initiatives to drive profitability
