Job Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years management experience
  • excellent people leadership skills
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and above restaurant leaders
  • ability to resolve issues in compliance with Krystal standards
  • available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • ability to carry products and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 50 pounds
  • ability to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop people by promoting teamwork and PRIDE values
  • create great guest experiences with fresh, friendly, and fast service
  • serve as a brand champion within the restaurant and community
  • conduct business planning including sales forecasting and inventory management
  • maintain restaurant facility ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • communicate effectively with teams through regular huddles
  • recruit, coach, and motivate staff to deliver excellent performance
