Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Five or more years of management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
Three or more years of consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred
Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager roles
Proven leadership and record of success as a casual dining/full service Restaurant Manager for external candidates
ServSafe and local or state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
Management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business for 5+ years
Consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager for 3+ years preferred
Demonstrated excellence in Service and Culinary Manager positions
Proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining/full service Restaurant Manager
ServSafe and local/state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
Proficient in verbal and written English communication
Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties

Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
Demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles
Drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service
Create an over-the-top crew experience
Deliver balanced results from guest, employee, process excellence, and financial perspectives
