Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Five or more years of management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- Three or more years of consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager roles
- Proven leadership and record of success as a casual dining/full service Restaurant Manager for external candidates
- ServSafe and local or state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business for 5+ years
- Consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager for 3+ years preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in Service and Culinary Manager positions
- Proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining/full service Restaurant Manager
- ServSafe and local/state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew

- Drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service
- Create an over-the-top crew experience
- Deliver balanced results from guest, employee, process excellence, and financial perspectives
