Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and deadline-oriented mindset
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing large teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to master various restaurant positions before training others
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, growing restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing large teams
- Skilled in ordering and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and financial controls
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to support their development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Schedule and manage employee shifts to meet operational needs
- Oversee ordering and inventory management to maintain cost controls
- Foster positive relationships with guests and create a welcoming restaurant atmosphere
