Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year as a general manager preferred
- ability to lead a team effectively
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- experience managing financials, including budgets and labor costs
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to mentor and develop others

Job Duties

- monitor player job performance
- oversee food and labor costs, budgets, sales, labor payroll
- operate restaurant equipment
- manage food and beverage preparation, storage, inventory, and presentation
- oversee food and beverage service
- manage vendor invoices and the food ordering system
- document communication and manager log entries
- handle cash transactions, comps, voids, and amounts of cash in drawers
- assist with marketing strategy and implement advertising and promotional campaigns to increase business
