Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to manage multiple projects
  • Compliance with company policies and local laws
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance
  • Pass necessary background checks and eligibility verification

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations and staff including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
  • Shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members for guest satisfaction
  • Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Champion sales-building activities and maximize table turnover
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness
  • Control inventory, food, and labor costs
  • Manage financial reporting and profit and loss statements
  • Maintain facility and restaurant equipment
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Address guest complaints and resolve service issues
  • Carry out other assigned duties
