Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability to manage multiple projects
- Compliance with company policies and local laws
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Pass necessary background checks and eligibility verification

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
- Shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and maximize table turnover
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control inventory, food, and labor costs
- Manage financial reporting and profit and loss statements
- Maintain facility and restaurant equipment
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Address guest complaints and resolve service issues
- Carry out other assigned duties
