Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage sales forecasting, staffing, and profit and loss responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and restaurant cleanliness
  • Develop and execute creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
