Job Requirements
- must customarily and regularly direct work of at least 2 full-time associates or equivalents
- primary duties must consist of administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time
- job duties must involve use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time
- experience in hotel management or similar hospitality leadership role
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- strong financial acumen with budget and sales plan development skills
- ability to lead operational initiatives and property improvement projects

Job Duties
- provide leadership and guidance to management team and associates
- optimize financial performance by maximizing revenue and controlling expenses
- ensure compliance with state, federal, local regulations, company and brand standards
- develop and execute sales plans and budgets
- oversee physical property improvement projects
- serve as a primary communication link between guests, associates, ownership, corporate representatives, brand representatives and vendors
- direct the work of at least 2 full-time associates or their equivalents
