Job Requirements

  • must customarily and regularly direct work of at least 2 full-time associates or equivalents
  • primary duties must consist of administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time
  • job duties must involve use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time
  • experience in hotel management or similar hospitality leadership role
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • provide leadership and guidance to management team and associates
  • optimize financial performance by maximizing revenue and controlling expenses
  • ensure compliance with state, federal, local regulations, company and brand standards
  • develop and execute sales plans and budgets
  • oversee physical property improvement projects
  • serve as a primary communication link between guests, associates, ownership, corporate representatives, brand representatives and vendors
  • direct the work of at least 2 full-time associates or their equivalents
