Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum 4-6 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • Compliance with state alcohol service age requirements where applicable
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to communicate verbally
  • Vision capabilities including color and depth perception
  • Ability to access all restaurant areas
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff according to company policies and laws
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work, conduct performance appraisals, reward and discipline employees including termination
  • Foster and maintain a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior while creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
  • Assist team members with category job duties as needed
  • Champion sales building and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
  • Manage equipment use and facility maintenance
  • Perform all other assigned duties
