Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Compliance with state alcohol service age requirements where applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Vision capabilities including color and depth perception
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food or casual dining restaurants preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff according to company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work, conduct performance appraisals, reward and discipline employees including termination
- Foster and maintain a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior while creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with category job duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage equipment use and facility maintenance
- Perform all other assigned duties
