Job Requirements
- Previous 2+ years of General Manager experience within a busy Select Service Hotel required
- or 4+ years as an Assistant General Manager
- Computer and office skills required
- ability to communicate effectively through email and handle spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with hotel information systems and accounting systems pertinent to the brand
- Premium brand experience highly preferred
- Hotel experience required
Job Qualifications

- Experience with hotel information and accounting systems relevant to the brand
- Premium brand experience preferred such as Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, or IHG
Job Duties
- Strong focus and adherence to Crestline's key success measures such as Revenue Index, Flex/Flow, and Guest Satisfaction
- Staff optimization by developing plans for newly hired and current leaders to deliver unparalleled service within the first 30 days
- Develop relationships with key players including Hotel Ownership, Field and Corporate Staff within the first 30 days
- Build positive relationships with all Sales staff including onsite Sales, Regional Director of Sales, and Corporate Sales and Marketing Leadership
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution on the hotel floor
- Maximize team potential and ensure cohesive associate engagement
- Aggressively grow new market prospects and maintain current market share
