Job Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, push, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and communicate verbally

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and relevant laws
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work

  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and expected variances to the management team
  • Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to team members
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Promote sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Engage with guests to investigate and resolve food quality and service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
  • Maintain efficient operations including cost controls and profit management
  • Enforce safety and health regulations including OSHA compliance
  • Promote safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
  • Monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory management, labor scheduling, financial review, and taking necessary actions
  • Manage profit and loss including food cost, labor cost, carryout costs, and other controllable expenses
  • Follow recipes and portion control to manage food costs and conduct weekly inventory
  • Optimize labor costs by effectively scheduling employees and monitoring sales performance
  • Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
  • Maintain facility and company assets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
