Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full service restaurant or related food service operations
  • Proven ability to oversee financial operations including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to manage fast-paced and physically demanding environments

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team
  • Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members to ensure proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Manage multiple departments by conducting regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction
  • Address center-level HR or loss prevention issues and maintain high team morale
  • Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals and resolve customer complaints appropriately
  • Oversee and expand the center's Food and Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
