Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Minimum 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food cost and labor management strategies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks including scheduling, inventory, and banking
- Willingness to start work as early as 4 am
- Commitment to work-life balance and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Prior 1-3 years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills
- Experience managing food cost goals and labor targets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift responsibilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic understanding of P&L analysis
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- Start the day early to prepare the first bake and open the store
- Ensure store is audit ready and manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support the team during busy rushes
- Manage store closing, inventory, scheduling, and banking deposits
- Motivate and inspire team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Recruit quality team members and develop internal talent
