Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Basic computer proficiency
- Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and other regulations
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to handle a noisy, fast-paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business or hospitality management
- Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
- Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
- Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and related regulations
- ServSafe certification
- Personal passion for health and fitness a plus
Job Duties
- Manage workforce including recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling
- Guide team training and development programs
- Ensure operational excellence through compliance and use of management tools
- Oversee sales growth and inventory management
- Foster positive culture and team engagement
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and recognition
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration and maintain brand standards
