Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and other regulations
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to handle a noisy, fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business or hospitality management
  • Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and related regulations
  • ServSafe certification
  • Personal passion for health and fitness a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage workforce including recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling
  • Guide team training and development programs
  • Ensure operational excellence through compliance and use of management tools
  • Oversee sales growth and inventory management
  • Foster positive culture and team engagement
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and recognition
  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration and maintain brand standards
