Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of four years of leadership experience with excellent performance at Burger King or similar
- Proficient English language skills
- Strong math and computer skills
- Completion or commitment to complete required internal certification training
- Ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
- Ability to lead a team of up to 60 employees
- Knowledge of employment laws and food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with preferred college coursework
- Minimum of four years of leadership experience in Burger King or comparable restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
- Proficient in English language for effective communication
- Strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certification training such as GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
Job Duties
- Lead operations excellence by directing efficient preparation and sale of products and maintenance of facilities
- Lead shifts using the company mission statement and values to motivate team and exceed customer expectations
- Build team talent through coaching, recruitment, and development of management and crew
- Manage restaurant profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies, controlling cash and inventory, managing labor, and analyzing financial reports
- Ensure restaurant compliance with government regulations, company policies, food safety, and security standards
- Monitor and resolve operational bottlenecks and equipment problems
- Foster a positive team environment and maintain order and discipline among employees supervised
