Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • 3 years plus experience in multi-unit leadership in a retail environment
  • Understand and can speak to retail math including all KPI's
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passion for phenomenal customer service and is results/goal oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable managing a team
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Organized, detail oriented, strong time management skills
  • Mobility includes limited sitting
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
  • Normal or corrected vision and hearing
  • Can distinguish varying patterns or materials
  • Understand, speak, read, and write fluent English
  • Use of fine motor hand functions
  • Lift 0-60 lbs

Job Duties

  • Manage sales, shrink and all controllable expenses
  • Effectively and proactively recruit and develop store teams
  • Manage team to ensure progressive improvement of store performance
  • Partner with property management and maintain continuous communication
  • Comply with all company policy and procedures and hold teams accountable
  • Utilize performance appraisals and continuous coaching to develop management
  • Ensure management and sales staff are trained and developed to meet company expectations
  • Maintain well documented financial controls and accountability
  • Ensure a clean, fresh, and orderly store environment is maintained
  • Effectively communicate with District Manager regarding employee issues
  • Collaborate with Buying team to ensure inventory and stock levels maximize business
  • Oversee the effective merchandising of inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned
