Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma required
- 3 years plus experience in multi-unit leadership in a retail environment
- Understand and can speak to retail math including all KPI's
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for phenomenal customer service and is results/goal oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing a team
- Highly self-motivated
- Organized, detail oriented, strong time management skills
- Mobility includes limited sitting
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
- Normal or corrected vision and hearing
- Can distinguish varying patterns or materials
- Understand, speak, read, and write fluent English
- Use of fine motor hand functions
- Lift 0-60 lbs

Job Duties
- Manage sales, shrink and all controllable expenses
- Effectively and proactively recruit and develop store teams
- Manage team to ensure progressive improvement of store performance
- Partner with property management and maintain continuous communication
- Comply with all company policy and procedures and hold teams accountable
- Utilize performance appraisals and continuous coaching to develop management
- Ensure management and sales staff are trained and developed to meet company expectations
- Maintain well documented financial controls and accountability
- Ensure a clean, fresh, and orderly store environment is maintained
- Effectively communicate with District Manager regarding employee issues
- Collaborate with Buying team to ensure inventory and stock levels maximize business
- Oversee the effective merchandising of inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
