Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar supervisory role
- Knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills including email and word processing
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of health, safety, and labor regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and labor costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with social media and marketing campaigns is an asset
Job Duties
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mountain Mike's Pizza
- Ensure all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on time
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service
- Ensure consistent preparation and serving of food and products according to recipes and standards
- Control cash and receipts according to cash handling procedures
- Achieve company objectives in sales, labor cost, food cost, customer service, food quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities if needed
