Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum five years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume setting
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with inventory management
  • willingness to learn all restaurant positions
  • ability to build relationships with guests and team members
  • humble and eager to learn
  • able to meet deadlines and drive results

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • experience managing a large team
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory control
  • excellent organizational skills
  • effective communication abilities
