Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional shifts
- Available to travel including overnight and airline travel
- Reliable transportation to meet banking obligations
- Must meet state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to food handling
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and possess basic math skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations

Job Duties
- Oversee overall restaurant operations including staff management and profit plan achievement
- Focus on employee selection, retention, and continuous operational improvements
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Reinforce training and uphold Denny's Way service and brand quality standards
- Attract, hire, develop, coach, and retain restaurant managers and hourly employees
- Drive sales, guest count, and profit by executing marketing plans and promotions
- Monitor compliance with employment policies and regulations
