Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant experience
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • strong leadership skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to manage business operations including P&L
  • willingness to assist in all areas of the restaurant
  • enthusiasm and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • hire, train, and develop team members
  • manage profit and loss (P&L), sales forecasting, and staffing
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • drive creative marketing initiatives including fundraisers and community engagement
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences
