The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products but operates as a completely separate company from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • strong leadership abilities
  • ability to manage a high volume restaurant
  • excellent communication skills
  • background in quick service restaurant or related field preferred
  • commitment to meeting high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a General Manager
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail considered
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality service and cleanliness
  • collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers to meet their objectives and improve performance
  • oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • monitor departmental progress and provide direction to enhance operations
  • maintain high standards of customer service and food safety
  • manage daily restaurant operations to meet financial and quality targets
