Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from 6 feet high to 6 inches off the ground
- Ability to safely and correctly use restaurant equipment
- Ability to apply pressure for cutting products and cleaning
- Ability to count, separate, and weigh food and inventory items
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to understand directions, instructions and product specifications

- Ability to comprehend training materials and standard operating procedures
- Ability to successfully complete certification training programs
- Ability to use math skills for sales totals, inventory, scheduling, cash handling and projections

Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one year in a full service restaurant
- Preferred minimum age of 21
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of local store marketing and sales building
- Strong management, team building, and communication skills
- Ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements
- Dependability and ability to work a varied, 50 hour workweek under pressure
- Valid driver's license with driving record within company guidelines
- Reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Meet background verification guidelines
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Ensure customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals according to customer service standards
- Prepare and ensure all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products as described in the training handbook
- Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image
- Recruit, hire, train and evaluate colleagues
- Develop a productive team by providing direction and supervision through communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills
- Ensure a work environment in compliance with regulations that is safe and free from harassment or discrimination
- Complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period end activities
- Perform labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections, maintaining restaurant equipment
- Manage financial responsibilities and supervise colleagues to achieve cost control goals
- Implement local store marketing, shakerboarding, and in-store promotions to increase sales
