Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Capacity to handle fast-paced work environment and problem-solve quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Creative marketing skills and community engagement experience
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest service
  • Ability to work collaboratively and assist in various operational tasks

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to promote a positive work environment
  • Oversee food safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement events
  • Monitor profit and loss statements, sales forecasting, and staffing needs to meet business goals
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Assist in day-to-day restaurant tasks as needed to support the team and operations
