Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Capacity to handle fast-paced work environment and problem-solve quickly
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Creative marketing skills and community engagement experience
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service
- Ability to work collaboratively and assist in various operational tasks
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
- Hire, train, and develop team members to promote a positive work environment
- Oversee food safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement events
- Monitor profit and loss statements, sales forecasting, and staffing needs to meet business goals
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high-quality service standards
- Assist in day-to-day restaurant tasks as needed to support the team and operations
