- previous restaurant experience

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in quality, service and cleanliness
- respond to guest complaints to convert dissatisfied guests into regular patrons
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- maintain staffing plan and follow proper staffing protocols
- develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- create a positive work environment known as the place to work
- enforce food safety practices and maintain high health inspection scores
- ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
- manage food ordering, receiving, storing and serving to ensure quality and low waste
- implement security procedures to protect guests, employees and assets
- promote a safe working environment and complete injury reports timely
- conduct effective shift management
- investigate and respond to mystery shopper reports with corrective plans
- adhere to financial standards to increase sales and minimize costs
- analyze P&L statements to improve profitability
- complete all financial reporting accurately and timely
- coordinate community involvement including booking spirit nights and local engagement
