Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Has an automobile with required insurance coverage available to drive for the Company
- Valid Driver's License
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Complete all internal certification programs

Job Duties
- Operate the restaurant in an efficient manner always promoting friendly service and high-quality food
- Maintain cleanliness sanitation organization and smooth operations in all restaurant areas and communicate special needs to the District Manager
- Exhibit a high degree of awareness in customer relations and satisfaction and promote the same to all team members
- Recruit interview hire and approve the hiring of all hourly team members
- Ensure compliance with all I-9 forms for employees hired
- Train personnel or ensure proper training
- Monitor product inventory plan stock rotation and maintain control of storage facilities
- Complete daily weekly and period end inventory counts and forms
- Purchase receive and verify items and invoices
- Process administrative forms invoices and paperwork as instructed
- Adhere to production standards and food cost control
- Schedule personnel and assign duties
- Manage labor costs effectively
- Understand P&Ls to run operations
- Implement in-store marketing and promotional displays
- Carry out public relations assignments
- Maintain preventative maintenance for equipment property and premises
- Follow security policies
- Comply with operational procedures outlined in manuals
- Assist in planning organizing and participating in company goals
- Ensure cash procedures are followed
- Maintain computer and operational reports
- Complete proper shift-change procedures
- Be proficient in every team member position at Burger King
- Conduct timely performance reviews and manage employee counseling documentation or discharges
- Maintain speed of service standards
- Enforce uniform and personal appearance requirements
- Forecast sales product production and labor needs
- Ensure employee compliance with all company policies
- Make guests feel special
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
