- prior experience in a leadership role
- 4 to 6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants strongly preferred
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving when applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work and appraise performance
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety standards
- enforce safe work practices
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage scheduling and labor costs
- maintain equipment and facility
- perform other duties as assigned
