Job Requirements
- minimum 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience and or combined experience and education
- must be 18 years of age or older
- have reliable transportation
- ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to learn new systems and tools
- preferred ServSafe certification or ability to receive certificate within 90 days
- experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training
- aptitude for store systems including Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper
- valid driver’s license
- high school diploma or GED equivalent

Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed and schedules are up to date and effective
- develop creative team member engagement strategies and foster continuous internal growth
- build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and consistency
- execute and oversee role-based training programs and onboarding initiatives
- provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
- model and uphold company policies, practices, and standards
- use assigned systems and tools appropriately and timely
- inspire and empower team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- facilitate timely resolution of employee, customer, and supply chain issues
- drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction, service speed, and loyalty
- lead store performance to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- manage scheduling according to company standards and adapt as needed
- oversee supply chain and asset management for timely replenishment and efficient resource allocation
- utilize financial knowledge to manage budgets and analyze operating statements
- make appropriate adjustments to manage sales and expenses
- create enthusiasm and focus on exceeding sales goals
- support operational excellence through in-store sales initiatives
- manage inventory and waste to ensure efficiency and minimize loss
- maintain rigorous food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
