Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, or customer service
- Experience in the car rental industry required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations

Job Duties
- Manage all operational aspects of designated branches including downtown and airport locations
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements
- Enhance operational processes and foster employee engagement
- Spearhead revenue growth strategies and analyze costs effectively
- Optimize incremental sales opportunities
- Provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet KPIs
- Offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans
- Manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations for optimal efficiency
