Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, or customer service
  • Experience in the car rental industry required
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations

Job Duties

  • Manage all operational aspects of designated branches including downtown and airport locations
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements
  • Enhance operational processes and foster employee engagement
  • Spearhead revenue growth strategies and analyze costs effectively
  • Optimize incremental sales opportunities
  • Provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet KPIs
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans
  • Manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations for optimal efficiency
