Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Prior leadership role experience required
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Ability to comply with state age requirements for alcohol-serving managers
- Available to work varied shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand for full shifts and walk extensively
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for handling tools and controls
- Ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision and adjust focus
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor, stock and register areas

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, direct work, appraise performance, and handle disciplinary actions including termination
- Shape a high-engagement culture and coach team members for success
- Model professional behavior with a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate programs to management and staff
- Assist team members occasionally with job duties
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness daily
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper equipment use
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other assigned duties
