Job Requirements
- Ability to work a 40 plus hour week
- At least 18 years of age, with valid driver license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 degrees F to -10 degrees F
Job Qualifications
- Jimmy John Manager Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to train and teach assistant manager, PIC, in-shopper, and delivery driver positions
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
- Manage food safety and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Control inventory and stock ordering to optimize COGS management
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain brand compliance
- Maintain the store in exceptional condition ensuring all employees perform duties efficiently
- Train and mentor assistant managers, PICs, in-shop staff, and delivery drivers
- Execute systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity
