Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Willingness to travel to other restaurants and Area Office

  • Manage and ensure achievement of restaurant objectives
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to management and crew team
  • Maintain high standards of quality and food safety
  • Drive sales performance and control operating costs
  • Ensure excellent customer service experience
  • Monitor restaurant operations and resolve issues promptly
