Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of full service restaurant management experience
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • strong problem-solving skills

  • 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets
  • manage day-to-day floor operations including scheduling and team communication
  • supervise and direct regular training for all staff members
  • conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
  • address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
  • ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints resolved
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage sales and operations
  • work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
