Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in the food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff to ensure compliance with company policies
- Achieve restaurant business objectives every shift and day
- Lead and inspire crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
- Maintain Wendy's quality standards in every item served
- Uphold the Wendy's spirit within the restaurant
- Develop team members by providing training and growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
