  • Two or more years of profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer service
  • Manage and support restaurant staff through training, coaching, and motivation
  • Maintain accountability for profit and loss statements and financial performance
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures across all store locations
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and improve store performance
