- Two or more years of profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer service
- Manage and support restaurant staff through training, coaching, and motivation
- Maintain accountability for profit and loss statements and financial performance
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures across all store locations
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and improve store performance
