Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- 4 to 6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant including executing company policies and procedures
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and addressing complaints
- Shape the culture ensuring high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to improve job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior creating a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Review financial reports and schedules
- Manage P&L including food and labor costs
- Follow recipes and portion control for food cost management
- Optimize weekly labor schedules
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
