Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • valid Driver's License
  • have an automobile with required insurance available for company use
  • 1-2 years restaurant management experience
  • complete all internal certification programs

Job Duties

  • Operate the restaurant in an efficient manner, always promoting friendly service and high-quality food
  • maintain all areas of the restaurant clean, sanitized, organized and running smoothly and communicate any special needs to the District Manager
  • exhibit a high degree of awareness in customer relations and satisfaction and promote the same to all team members
  • recruit, interview and hire, or approve the hiring of all hourly team members
  • ensure all I-9 form compliance with employees hired
  • properly train and ensure all personnel are properly trained
  • monitor product inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and maintain inventory counts and forms
  • purchase and receive items and check invoices for accuracy
  • process administrative forms, invoices and paperwork per District Manager instructions
  • adhere to production standards to obtain uniform product quality and food cost control
  • schedule personnel weekly and assign duties
  • manage labor costs effectively
  • understand and manage profit and loss reports
  • implement store marketing and promotional materials
  • carry out public relations assignments
  • maintain preventative maintenance programs
  • ensure proper security and company policy compliance
  • follow all operational procedures outlined in company manuals
  • assist in achieving company goals through effective planning and participation
  • ensure employee compliance with cash handling procedures
  • maintain required computer and operating reports
  • complete shift-change procedures
  • be proficient in all team member positions
  • conduct timely and accurate employee performance reviews
  • follow company policies on employee counseling and discharge
