Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
  • proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
  • ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment
  • basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
  • high school diploma or GED
  • one or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team
  • Working through teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time
  • Attracting and retaining top caliber employees
  • Brand advocate for Victra
  • Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
  • Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure products and services are effectively showcased
  • Ensuring store employees meet or exceed monthly success measurements and complete assigned training
  • Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives
  • Maintaining retail inventory compliance
  • Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports
  • Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalizing on existing customer base
  • Owning store success including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions
  • Handling all guest escalations and providing timely resolution
  • Communicating company objectives and priorities clearly and providing timely follow up
  • Staying up to date with new sales promotions to meet guests' current and future needs
