This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee runs their own business under a license to use the McDonald's logos and food products. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Previous General Manager experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Hospitality or retail management experience is an asset
- Ability to set goals and develop action plans
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their goals and improve department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline within the restaurant
- Monitor restaurant financial performance and control costs
