Job Requirements

- minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience

Job Duties
- lead and manage restaurant teams to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence
- hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
- oversee food safety compliance and maintain health standards
- manage restaurant profit and loss including budgeting and cost control
- implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
- monitor team performance and provide coaching
- ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees
