Job Requirements
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions
- Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent presence during key business hours
- Compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws including rest periods and predictive scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
