Job Requirements

Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions
Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent presence during key business hours
Compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws including rest periods and predictive scheduling
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in restaurant management
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Own all aspects of daily operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory management and food safety

Develop and train team members so they can grow into their potential and deliver consistent results

Problem-solve on the fly, stay calm under pressure, and turn challenges into opportunities
