- Previous management experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
- Ability to work full-time

Job Duties
- Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew and team members, carhops and skating carhops
- Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all food service aspects meet operational standards
- Adheres to and monitors employee compliance with drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices
- Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
- Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels appropriately
- Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels
- Places orders for food, paper and supplies within cost control procedures
- Completes and maintains all employment-related and payroll records
- Reinforces a customer service mentality ensuring all employees focus on serving customers
- Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
- Reports guest complaints and assists in resolving them
- Interviews and hires restaurant crew and management team members
- Prepares operational reports
- Develops action plans to address financial and sales trends
- Develops and implements marketing plans
