Job Requirements

  • Previous management experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage and train staff
  • Familiarity with inventory control
  • Proficient in preparing schedules and managing payroll

Job Duties

  • Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew and team members, carhops and skating carhops
  • Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all food service aspects meet operational standards
  • Adheres to and monitors employee compliance with drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices
  • Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
  • Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels appropriately
  • Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels
  • Places orders for food, paper and supplies within cost control procedures
  • Completes and maintains all employment-related and payroll records
  • Reinforces a customer service mentality ensuring all employees focus on serving customers
  • Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
  • Reports guest complaints and assists in resolving them
  • Interviews and hires restaurant crew and management team members
  • Prepares operational reports
  • Develops action plans to address financial and sales trends
  • Develops and implements marketing plans
