Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong physical stamina to meet job demands
  • Must be able to bend, reach overhead, and handle kitchen equipment
  • Comfortable working in various temperature conditions and near open flames
  • Capability to work in tight spaces and maintain constant communication
  • Close, distance, and peripheral vision required
  • Ability to sit, squat, kneel occasionally and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must work safely and attentively
  • Eligible to work legally in the country

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure a guest-focused and team-focused environment
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
  • Develop self and others focusing on self-improvement and supporting others' success
  • Manage staffing, labor, inventory, and ensure operational accountability
  • Coach, train, and hold team members accountable including corrective actions
  • Foster collaboration among team members and adapt to changes
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and consistently say yes to guests
  • Take ownership of each shift and pride in job performance
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
