Job Requirements
- Five years operations management experience
- Two years management experience in cultural, iconic, amusement or museum attraction is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Financial management expertise
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical ability to stand extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Coach, supervise, direct all department managers so operational needs are met on a daily basis
- Schedule management personnel as necessary
- Assist designated management team or individuals in developing training standards for alcohol service, customer service, safety, harassment, etc.
- Host all meetings for management team and conduct training sessions
- Work with Executive Chef, Retail Operations Manager and Buyer to track, maintain and budget inventory and cost of goods
- Act as main liaison between the Client and SSA
- Maintain close relationship with direct client report and client staff
- Liaise closely with marketing to drive company efforts, guest experience and operational output
- Attend client meetings and report to Regional Manager
- Manage compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Uphold and demonstrate complete understanding of company policies and procedures
- Accountable for unit’s financial management through budgeting, forecasting, sales/per cap, controllable expenses
- Oversee invoice processing and precise reporting for cash reconciliation, flash reporting, item analysis, inventory, and payroll
- Complete business assessments to drive per cap revenue
- Forecast weekly sales and complete monthly sales analysis
- Manage payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines
- Set precedent to achieve sales, per cap and controllable budget goals
- Minimize controllable costs and strategize on revenue opportunities
- Implement SSA EXTRA Guest Service for memorable guest and client experience
- Manage day-to-day functions of applicable departments
- Maintain knowledge and implementation of service contracts
- Support progressive discipline documentation
- Keep operating manuals up to date
- Review and approve special event plans
- Manage design and implementation of menus and pricing
- Participate in long-range planning of department programs
- Manage capital projects and business legal needs in coordination with HQ
- Ensure proper employee integration and exit
- Promote inclusive and supportive approach
- Oversee editorial content for unit publications
- Support sustainability and conservation efforts
- Engage in community efforts through hiring and giving back
- Perform other tasks as necessary
