Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- prior experience as a general manager or similar leadership role
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
- ability to manage and develop teams
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience
- experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is desirable
- leadership skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- strong communication skills
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and manage a team of Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee staffing and scheduling operations
