Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
  • Ability to work varied hours and days
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties

  • Ensure all Company Standard Operation Procedures are followed

  • Ensure that Customer Satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
  • Lead by example maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
  • Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
