Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
- Ability to work varied hours and days
- Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties
- Ensure all Company Standard Operation Procedures are followed
- Teach and practice Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
- Maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
- Ensure that Customer Satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
- Lead by example maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
- Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
- Ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulations
