Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Previous experience as a general manager in hotel operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including shifts and weekends
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Local market knowledge preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience is essential
  • Experience in food and beverage is a plus
  • Proven ability to build and lead effective teams
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and management
  • Successful track record in owner relations partnerships
  • Understanding of local market dynamics preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest service

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates and drive financial success
  • Build and develop dynamic, effective teams with strong coaching and motivation skills
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and market presence
  • Manage dynamic revenue and financial controls to drive profit to the bottom line
  • Foster strong owner relations partnerships to ensure alignment and operational success
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by leading a customer-focused service culture
