Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of managerial experience in hospitality or related fields
- must live on-site during employment
- ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with technology and digital management tools
- physical ability to participate in outdoor activities and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, property management, or guest services
- 3-5 years of experience managing teams and operations
- proven problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to addressing guest relations and maintenance issues
- strong financial knowledge including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
- proficiency with reservation systems, POS software, and digital communication tools
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- demonstrated passion for camping and the outdoors is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead with passion and purpose by hiring, training, and mentoring a team empowered to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued and at home
- be the face of the campground by interacting with guests daily, resolving concerns, and building relationships with the surrounding community
- handle after-hours calls, emergencies, and unexpected situations with confidence as the go-to leader
- manage budgets, monitor revenue, and control expenses to maintain financial health and drive profitability
- ensure all facilities are well-maintained and coordinate engaging on-site activities to guarantee an unforgettable guest experience
- think creatively to innovate and solve problems, elevating the guest experience and streamlining campground operations
- embody the company mission, values, and commitment to diversity and inclusion in all actions and decisions
